Ofakim

18 residential buildings with approximately 780 units and a commercial ground floor, Ofakim is a flagship contribution to Israel's national plan to strengthen and grow the southern region. The project anchors a new urban quarter for one of the Negev's most important cities.

The mixed-use program combines residential living, commercial space and public amenities to create a self-sustaining community. The scale of the project — nearly 800 homes across 18 buildings — reflects the group's capability to execute at a neighborhood level. Financed by Bank Hapoalim.
